I know you know what MLM is and what you're involved in, but I've found over the years that the more simply something is explained, the more confidence you have.
There's been a lot of questions online about what MLM truly is. Probably because of all the stuff going on in the world, people want more control of their income.
That said, Zach put this video together to explain what MLM actually is, what it's the biggest pitfalls are and how you can avoid them. I highly recommend it. (see below)
But just in case you're wondering, MLM is not a pyramid or a Ponzi scheme. Not even close. Like, not even in the same ballpark.
MLM is a lot closer to a regular business than a Ponzi scheme.
Secondly, MLM itself is not what gave MLM the bad name. Bad actors and bad systems were.
Finally, there are two major pitfalls Zach sees in MLM that can hurt us and our teams. Financial management and bad coaching.
