Why You’re Not Tired—You’re Malfunctioning (And It’s Probably Your Metabolism)

Mama, it might not be you...it might be your metabolism.


Let’s just go ahead and say it:


You're not tired.

You're metabolically hijacked.


Sure, you’ve got kids, work, carpool, and the emotional load of remembering everyone's dentist appointments.


But if you're dragging through your day despite 3 cups of coffee and a protein bar, something deeper is going on.


And I know the feeling—because I’ve lived it.


As a nurse, I used to tell people to get more sleep, take their vitamins, maybe try some yoga.


But as a mom, I know now that none of that works if your metabolism is shot to hell.


The Real Culprit? Insulin Resistance.


Insulin isn’t just about diabetes. It’s your body's traffic cop for energy. If insulin’s not doing its job, your cells can't access fuel.


And what do you feel?

We’ve been told to eat 6 small meals a day, snack constantly, and avoid fat like it’s Satan himself.

This is about aligning with how the body was actually designed to function.


Here’s the protocol that’s changed my life (and my jeans size):

💥 Fiber first—veggies before the carbs

💥 No snacking—because your body needs time to actually process fuel

💥 Ditching seed oils, processed foods, and that “diet culture” noise
